What is Stumble Guys?

Stumble Guys is a free online party game. Up to 32 players start each match, then race through a series of colorful obstacle courses, dodging spinning hammers, sliding floors and giant balls. Each round knocks some players out, until the final round leaves one winner.

It was created by the Finnish studio Kitka Games (the reason its package name is still com.kitkagames.fallbuddies) and is now published by Scopely, which bought the game in 2022. It's been on Google Play since September 2020 and has passed 100 million downloads there.

Matches take a few minutes, controls are a joystick plus jump and dive buttons, and you can jump in with friends. That's why it's one of the most popular casual action games on Android, and an easy one to pick up on a lunch break.

What's new in Stumble Guys 0.104

Version 0.104 reached Google Play on October 29, 2026. The release notes on Play introduce the Lost Island season:

• Lost Island season. New creatures, Piñatas, weekly events and holiday events.
• Cat Splat ability. Lock onto a moving target and launch a missile to knock a rival over from a distance.
• Matchmaking Area. Instead of staring at a loading screen, you can move around, emote and show off while the game finds a match.
• Piñatas. Smash them to earn cosmetics and currency.
• Holiday events. Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Week events run through the season.

Key features

Knockout rounds

A classic match is a series of rounds. Early ones are races where only the first players to qualify move on, later ones are survival rounds where you stay on the map longest. The final round decides the winner. Maps rotate, so you rarely play the same match twice.

Abilities

Abilities add a special power to your run, such as the Cat Splat missile that arrived in 0.104. They change how rounds play out, especially in survival maps where knocking rivals off is the point.

Play with friends

Create a party from the main menu and invite friends so you join the same match. You can also set up custom matches with your own rules, which is the best way to play with a group.

Skins, emotes and passes

Most of what you buy is cosmetic: skins, emotes, footsteps and animations. Seasonal passes unlock rewards as you play. None of it makes you faster or stronger than other players.

Cross-play

Stumble Guys runs on Android, iPhone, PC and consoles, and players across platforms meet in the same matches. Link your account so your progress carries over between devices.

Tips for winning more rounds

Dive to cover the last bit of distance to a ledge or the finish line, since a dive often lands you further than a jump. In race rounds, stay away from the crowd at the start: most players fall in the first bottleneck. In survival rounds, the middle of the map is usually the safest place, and watching where obstacles come from is worth more than speed.

How to install Stumble Guys APK on Android

The simplest option is Stumble Guys on Google Play, which keeps the game updated for each season. If your phone has no Play Store, sideload the official game carefully.

1. Check your phone runs Android 6.0 or newer.
2. Get the game only from Google Play or Scopely. Skip files promising free gems or unlocked skins.

• Among Us is a slower social game about finding the impostor in your crew. It's better with a group of friends on voice chat than with strangers.
