These terms apply to your use of apkpeer.com ("APKPeer"), run by the APKPeer Dev Team. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What APKPeer provides

APKPeer publishes information about Android apps and games: descriptions, version details, install guides and safety notes. Most download links go to Google Play or the developer's own website. Some pages also offer an APK file we host, which is an unmodified copy of the developer's official build.

We don't make, own or sell any of the apps listed. Each app is provided by its developer under the developer's own terms and privacy policy, which apply when you install and use it.

Using the site

You may read, link to and share pages on APKPeer for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

  • copy or republish our written content in bulk, or scrape the site in a way that puts load on our servers
  • try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its download server
  • use the site for anything unlawful, including infringing someone else's copyright or trademark

Accuracy of information

We take care to get facts right and take them from official sources, as described in our editorial policy. Apps change often, though, and developers can update or withdraw them at any time. Information on APKPeer is provided "as is", and we don't guarantee that it's complete, current or error-free. If you find a mistake, please tell us.

Downloads and installing apps

Installing apps from outside Google Play requires you to allow "Install unknown apps" on your device. You do this at your own risk. We recommend checking the SHA-256 shown on our download pages, keeping your device updated, and turning the permission off again after installing. We aren't responsible for any damage, data loss or other problem caused by installing or using an app, whether downloaded through APKPeer or elsewhere.

The site links to other websites and shows ads served by third parties, including Google. We don't control those sites or ads and aren't responsible for their content, products or practices.

Intellectual property

The written content, design and layout of APKPeer belong to the APKPeer Dev Team. App names, icons, screenshots and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the apps we describe. See our disclaimer and DMCA page.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the APKPeer Dev Team isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or of any app listed on it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
