What is BET99?
BET99 is a Canadian online sportsbook and casino. Its app lets you bet on hockey, football, basketball, soccer, cricket, UFC and many other sports, with pre-match and live betting, plus a casino section with slots and table games. The company describes itself as "made for Canadians by Canadians".
The BET99 Sportsbook & Casino app has been on Google Play since July 2023 and has passed 100,000 downloads. It's one of the casino apps we list. It's for adults only: BET99's listing says 19+, and Google Play rates it Adults only 18+ for real gambling.
Where BET99 is available
BET99 runs two separate products in Canada:
- Outside Ontario, the BET99 Android app on Google Play serves players in other provinces. Its listing states it's "Not available to persons in Ontario". Reviews report that this product operates under a licence from the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. Provinces other than Ontario and Alberta don't license private online gambling operators, and each runs its own provincial site, such as PlayNow in British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan, or Loto-Québec in Quebec.
- In Ontario, BET99 operates a separate product registered with the AGCO under an agreement with iGaming Ontario. Ontario players must use that version, not this app.
Check the rules in your province before you sign up.
