How to install Netflix APK on Android

Install Netflix from Google Play.

1. Open Google Play, search for Netflix, and check the developer is Netflix, Inc.
2. Tap Install. If Play doesn't offer Install, your phone may not meet Netflix's requirements, often because of its video protection (DRM) support.
3. Open Netflix and sign in. If you don't have a membership, sign up on the Netflix website.

Netflix stopped offering its own APK download for most phones, so files on other sites aren't official. A phone that can't install Netflix from Play usually can't play Netflix in high quality anyway.

Plans and settings worth knowing

• Plans. Netflix offers several plans that differ in video quality, how many screens can watch at once, and whether there are ads. Check the current options for your country on the Netflix website.
