Classic mode

The endless mode most people play. Place blocks, clear lines, and chase a new high score. Every three blocks you place, you get three new ones, so you need to keep space for awkward shapes.

Adventure mode

Adventure mode adds levels with goals, such as clearing specific gems or reaching a target score, with themed pictures revealed as you progress. It gives the game a sense of progression beyond your high score.

Combos and multi-line clears

Clearing lines on consecutive moves builds a combo, and clearing several lines with one block gives a big bonus. The best scores come from setting up multi-line clears on purpose.

Tips for higher scores

• Keep the board open. Leave large empty areas rather than scattering blocks, so big shapes like the 3x3 square always fit.
• Plan for all three blocks. Before placing the first block, check that the other two will still have somewhere to go.
• Save corners for awkward shapes. L-shapes and long lines fit neatly along edges and into corners.
• Build towards multi-line clears. Fill two or three rows almost completely, then drop one block that finishes them together.
• Keep the combo alive. If you can clear a line every turn, your combo bonus grows quickly.
• Don't rush. There's no timer, so take a moment before each placement.
